Do you know that you can get companies to send out you free products and samples . . . just by asking? That’s right, no surveys or gimmicks, just writing them a message or letter might get you some free things or coupons. The majority of people think that you need to be involved in dodgy surveys or enroll on even dodgier websites, but using this method you just ask the business directly yourself. You may think that it is just a little degrading to request for sign up for free stuff online, but believe me, they have got countless products to offer away that they can be glad you probably did ask! Some companies might not exactly reply whatsoever and some might, this will depend a bit on luck, but you are bound to get something. Several things you can get are:
Household product samples
Coupons (at no cost products or 50% off)
Discounts and vouchers
In the following paragraphs you will understand the ins and outs of getting free stuff, which companies you should write to, how to do it yourself, my story, and Tom Locke’s story (he wrote to 100 companies which cost him $39, shows what he got and more on his website). Enjoy!
Tips to Getting Free Products in the Mail
Create a list of the companies whose products you use and love.
Find contact information, preferably a mailing address.
Write a sincere letter expressing simply how much you adore the items.
Delay until the end of your letter to ask for free samples.
How Did I Actually Do It?
I recently encountered the $39 dollar experiment conducted by Tom Locke. Within this experiment, he wrote to 100 companies asking them at no cost products. It seems that you may receive free products coming from a company by just saying just how much you like utilizing their products and expressing such a fan you happen to be of the amazing creations. He received many items and products from many different companies. I used to be impressed. I wanted to use this out personally.
So, I attempted it all out by incorporating companies. I wrote them each a letter (I explain how exactly I did so this below) and i also waited. 1 day, an enormous package arrived inside the post and I received a lot of products from a company. Some companies never wrote back to me or sent anything, I expected that. But, I discovered that it isn’t everything that tough to get some free products.
1. Create a list of Companies
The very first thing you should do is to generate a list of the companies you would like to write to. You can write to 1 or 2 or write to four or five, the selection is yours. Take a look at things in your cupboard, bathroom, and office, and collect the names of your companies whose products you prefer. Listed below are a selection of companies that you could write to, but bear in mind, these firms will not be certain to provide you with samples; you will need to see on your own. Generally If I have written for any of which and received free products, I’ll tell you.
Makeup and Perfume Try writing to makeup companies like: Clinique, Rimmel, and Carma Labs (others have received products from Carma Labs, but I don’t are now living in America and so i couldn’t contact them), Chap Stick, Burt’s Bees, Lush, etc.
Food Kraft, Celestial Seasonings, Twinings, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, and Wrigley’s. You’ll mainly get coupons, but you can get several samples too.
Office Supplies 3M (I received free products from their store), Staedtler, Stabilo, Daler and Rowney, Pentel, Sharpie, and Crayola.
Other Colgate-Palmolive, Nestle, and Apple (sent me stickers).
2. Get Addresses or Email
After you have your selection of companies you will have to have their contact details. That can be done by either looking at their webpage underneath the E Mail Us or About Us links and making note of their address or current email address or, by looking at the Give Us A Call info on your product or service. It may be very difficult sometimes to locate dexkpky12 address. If you can’t find it, ignore that company and proceed. Sometimes an e-mail address works better. Write them an e-mail as opposed to a letter. Gather up some addresses and get ready to get started on writing!
Must I Send a Letter or even an Email?
Usually letters suggest for the company that you value their products and services so much that you simply spent the time to write them a letter. I actually have had more success writing a letter than an e-mail. You will need to buy stamps and envelopes if you opt to write a letter, but you will have more success than an e-mail.

3. Write Your Letter or Email
When you have your organization address, it really is time to write them a letter. Tell the organization exactly how much you value their products and services as well as their company, why they are the best company for creating that product, what you love about their product, perhaps include a personal experience, include that you would desire to try even more of their range and therefore you would want to receive some samples. What follows is a step-by-step overview:
How much you love their company: Say why you similar to their products a lot. As an example; “Your pens are extremely smooth to write down with and are absolutely flawless,” or “Your lotion is indeed soft and dissolves into my skin instantly!” Create a good paragraph with this and perhaps explain 2-3 in their products.
Say that you have built trust in them: “I usually get your brand because I like to maintain the know and you may deliver only excellence every time.” or “Your brand has produced excellent bath products time and again. I now always purchase brand as I realize that you are going to deliver only the best each and every time.”
Give a personal experience: “When I wash my hair with the silky shampoo, all my family reply to how soft and luscious my hair is!”
Say exactly how much you want to try even more of their range: “I actually have become this type of loyal customer and fan of your respective company which i would desire to try much more of your range. Would you send me some examples of your product or service? Thanks a lot, I would personally be so grateful!”
When writing your letter maintain the following points in mind:
Do not limit your letter into a ask for free products. They are going to notice this and won’t deliver any. Tell the truth about the reasons you like their company. You most probably to get samples should you be a genuinely loyal customer.
Say what your favourite products are and why.
Maybe provide a personal experience (whenever you can).
Be concise and adhere to the point. There is not any need to go overboard.
